Every fibre is a decision. We choose only those that perform at the highest level while leaving the land, water, and skin better than they found it.
Derived from sustainably harvested beech wood pulp through a closed-loop solvent process that recovers and reuses over 99% of the water and chemicals involved. The result is a fibre of exceptional purity — naturally silky, breathable, and moisture-wicking in ways that cotton cannot match in heat.
A step beyond Lyocell in softness and drape. TENCEL™ Modal is produced using the Edelweiss Process™ — a proprietary refining method that yields a fibre with a uniquely fluid hand-feel. It retains its softness through repeated washing and resists pilling, making it the backbone of our closest-to-skin pieces.
Harvested from the clean waters of Iceland's fjords, Seacell™ integrates sustainably sourced seaweed directly into the Lyocell fibre matrix. The seaweed's natural minerals — zinc, magnesium, calcium — are permanently bonded to the fibre and transfer to the skin during wear, providing a quiet functional benefit no synthetic can replicate.
Beech wood and seaweed are harvested under strict FSC and marine stewardship protocols — no old-growth forest, no ocean floor disturbance.
Harvested material is dissolved in a non-toxic solvent bath that recovers over 99% of solvent and water — a genuinely closed loop with near-zero chemical waste.
Purified cellulose solution is extruded through microscopic spinnerets, producing continuous filaments of precisely controlled fineness and strength.
Individual filaments are twisted into yarn and woven on precision looms — the structure that gives each piece its drape, weight, and longevity.
No chlorine bleach, no heavy-metal dyes, no formaldehyde finishing. Every treatment is OEKO-TEX verified and safe for prolonged skin contact.
Cut, assembled, and stitched by skilled craftspeople in certified factories. Every seam is held to exacting standards before the garment leaves the floor.
We do not self-certify. Every environmental and safety claim is validated by third-party bodies recognised globally.
European Union standard for products with a reduced environmental impact across their full life cycle.
Every component tested for harmful substances — dyes, finishing agents, accessory materials — at the most stringent level.
Forest Stewardship Council chain-of-custody certification confirming wood pulp origin from responsibly managed forests.
Authentication by Lenzing AG — originator of TENCEL™ — confirming genuine branded fibre content, not imitation.
TENCEL™ fibres reward considered care. Follow these guidelines to maintain handle, colour, and performance wash after wash.
Wash at 30°C maximum on a gentle or delicate cycle. Use a mild, pH-neutral detergent. No bleach, no fabric softener — these degrade the fibre structure over time.
Do not tumble dry. Lay flat or hang away from direct sunlight and heat sources. TENCEL™ Lyocell may feel slightly stiff when first dried — this relaxes completely with wear.
If ironing is needed, use a low-heat setting (110°C / 230°F maximum). Steam is safe and recommended. Iron inside-out to preserve surface finish and colour depth.
Do not dry clean. The solvents used in dry cleaning are incompatible with TENCEL™ and Seacell™ fibres and will damage the fibre's natural properties permanently.
Store folded in a cool, dry place rather than on hangers. TENCEL™ fibres can stretch slightly under sustained weight on a hanger — folding preserves the garment's form.
Wash dark colours separately for the first two washes. TENCEL™ dyes are stable, but as with all high-quality natural fibres, initial colour release is normal and expected.
